F*** THE CLOUD?

I just ran over this great article of Jason Scott in which he takes the patience to write down his opinions once and forever regarding The Cloud. I find it interesting because his view of the cloud computing rants that started to breed all over the internet since 2007 are somewhere in my line of thoughts. Although i think that we are already too much into cloud computing (some form of it) and it is quite hard to resist it. Just think at all of the web services that you are using on a daily basis for communication, social, media, work or even information gathering purposes. Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL with the impresive amount of services that they provide (i do care for my wp database), Facebook, Myspace, Hi5, Flickr, ImageShack, Rapidshare, MegaUpload, etc.. you name it.
