Ever wondered how Wikipedia's database schema looks like? If yes then it probably crossed your mind that it must look so complicated and awful that it would have been a pain to only look at a picture of the schema. Well.. that this is not the case. :wink: Why not? Because Wikipedia uses MediaWiki (as well as all other wiki projects from Wikimedia) as the backend for it's tremendous insane information aggregation service. Here is the schema:
